Welcome to Chef Tom's Blackening Seasoning & Rub!!
My name is Chef Tom and I have created this rub by request of my customers to package and sell. I have also put a twist on the rub, I have created a scholarship program for high school students who aspire to be great chefs one day. I had some help and this is my way to pay it forward!
This Rub is so awesome you can put it on everything! Chicken, Pork, Beef, Roasts, Pizza, Use it as a popcorn seasoning, Veggies are great, soups & chili, you name it, it works!
